The resort provided an overall nice stay with an extremely warm and down to earth staff. the food was great, staff was very courteous, and the breakfast was delicious. the upgraded room provided for a leakage in one of the bathrooms was a great advantage.

There could have been more recreational activities other than swimming pool.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the location of the hotel, which was close to the main attractions of the area. the amenities as advertised on the website were well-presented and the swimming pool was clean and refreshing. the on-site restaurant offered a good variety of dishes and the staff were attentive and polite.

The cleanliness left something to be desired; the room had not been mopped and there was visible dust and dirt.

The swimming pool was nice and clean. We also found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was also great as it was close to many shops and restaurants.

The hotel room was quite dirty and poorly maintained. There was also no proper lighting in the bathroom.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating - they even upgraded our room when there was a leak in our original one. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and we particularly enjoyed the peaceful environment and the beautiful views of the pool and garden from our room's sitting area. Additionally, the food was delicious, and the hotel's location was very convenient - there was even a grocery stall nearby. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
